Then you start to think about the interview process, and if you haven't been in the market for a job in several years then you quickly realize just how rusty you are at all of this!

Here's the reality - your job search doesn't have to feel this way. With coaching to redesign and update your resume to make it stand out from the crowd, plus interview practice and preparation, your job search will be far less painful. Not only will you submit your resume with confidence, but you'll get those call-backs, and crush each interview. You'll have employers wanting you just as much as you want the job.
